Element Consulting Engineers are committed to improving the quality of life for all Namibians by promoting environmentally friendly engineering excellence.

The Directors support the principles of Corporate Governance as recommended in the King III 2009 Report, which places Company sustainability and risk management alongside profit at the core of a Board of Director’s responsibilities.

Element Consulting Engineers strive to provide professional engineering services of the highest standard by employing the best staff and equipment, and controlling the quality of our work continuously.

Excellence depends on a number of crucial factors, which include productivity, flexibility, efficiency, and effectiveness.

Quality control and management is the critical element in achieving the above. We ensure continuous quality by enforcing strict Quality Management Standards which cover the methodology and checking of designs, drawings, documentation, report standards and costing systems.

The company is registered with ACEN (Association of Consulting Engineers in Namibia) and individuals are registered at ECN (Engineering Council of Namibia) and ECSA (Engineering Council of South Africa). This is advantageous for clients, since it offers piece of mind that an ethical code will be maintained and that a professional service of the highest quality will be rendered.

Element Consulting Engineers carry Professional Indemnity Insurance cover to protect the client in the unlikely event that design or other related problems may occur. We also believe in the principles of Resilience Engineering which, in case of errors or disaster, allows for a backup or reserve safety margin in the design and maintenance of systems.
